What’s inside · White Wine: Albariño, Rías Baixas (1 bottle) · Red Wine: Rioja Reserva (1 bottle) · Cheeses: Red Leicester and Manchego
How to store Keep the cheese refrigerated until the day of the event. Keep the wines in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat.
Take your Blue Cheese and Manchego out of the fridge. Letting them come to room temperature unlocks the best texture and fl avour.
Ensure your Albariño (white) is well-chilled. Your Rioja (red) should be served slightly cool or at room temperature, ideally not too warm.
· Bottle opener · Two wine glasses · A small plate for the cheeses · A cheese knife · A glass of water to cleanse your palate · A white knapkin or paper · Crackers for the cheese (optional) · Your wine and cheese kit.
