What’s inside
· White Wine: Albariño, Rías Baixas (1 bottle)
· Red Wine: Rioja Reserva (1 bottle)
· Cheeses: Blue cheese and Manchego
How to store your wine and cheese selection
Storage instructions
Keep the cheese refrigerated until the day of the event.
Keep the wines in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Prep the cheeses
Take your Blue Cheese and Manchego out of the fridge 30-45 minutes. Letting them come to room temperature unlocks the best texture and flavour.
Prep the wines
Ensure your Albariño (white) is well-chilled. Your Rioja (red) should be served slightly cool or at room temperature, ideally not too warm.
Prep the following
· Bottle opener
· Two wine glasses
· A small plate for the cheeses
· A cheese knife
· A glass of water to cleanse your palate
· A white knapkin or paper
· Crackers for the cheese (optional)
· Your wine and cheese kit.
