The premier beer festival in Southern Europe celebrates its eleventh edition by returning to Barcelona on May 26, 27, and 28, 2023, in an unbeatable location, Fira de Barcelona, Montjuïc. 

The BBF is back, redesigned for everyone with activities for both young and old. The festival will feature the best breweries from around the world, showcasing new trends, special and limited editions, and presenting a surprisingly varied selection of carefully selected quality beers. This year, the focus will be on pairing beer with gastronomy, with the best restaurateurs at hand, and there will be no shortage of degustación de cerveza activities, talks, family space, and play areas.  The perfect opportunity for beer tasting in Barcelona.

The InnBrew: the Brewers Convention and the Barcelona Beer Challenge awards ceremony will also be held during these dates.

InnBrew: The Brewers Convention will take place on Friday, May 26, from 10 am to 6 pm,. This is a professional event designed to meet the needs of companies dedicated to the beer industry. Under this name, there are various activities to better understand all the innovations in the sector:

INNSHOW;

Exhibition area with stands showcasing products and services for breweries.

INNTALKS:

Training and reflection debate with technical and educational sessions.

INNMEET:

Networking that is integrated into all activities. As a novelty, brewers will participate in their stands exclusively for InnBrew during the Friday session. On Saturday morning, InnBrew will be held together with BBF.

During this beer-filled weekend,  the VIII edition of the Barcelona Beer Challenge awards will be held. The competition has become the most outstanding in Southern Europe, and it is sure to be a great party with the participation of breweries from around the world.

Tickets are already on sale on the festival’s website, with two options presented to be inclusive of different types of audiences: a day pass for 5 euros (including a special Festival edition glass as a gift)
