1. You have received your pack

In your tasting pack, we have sent you three artisanal bean-to-bar chocolates crafted by master chocolatiers.

1. Maychoco, White Chocolate, Perú 39%
2. Marou Dark Chocolate, Vietnam
3. Moro, Alto Beni de Bolivia, Dark chocolate

Each of these chocolates offers a unique and distinct tasting experience.  

2. Storage

Keep the chocolates in a cool, dark, and dry place. Treat your chocolate as if it were wine, but do not refrigerate it!

3. What you need

In addition to the incredible chocolates you have received, you will need the following:

  •  A glass of water
  • A bit of bread or breadsticks

4. How to get ready for the tasting

  • Open the chocolates and arrange them on the table.
  • Important! Do not brush your teeth just before the session; toothpaste will alter the taste of the chocolates!
  • Also, avoid chewing gum or mint candies.
  • Find a comfortable place in a smoke-free environment to fully enjoy the aromas.
  • Enjoy the exploration of flavors, and feel free to take notes on the aromas, textures, and nuances that you discover during the tasting.

Ivana Oven is a passionate chocolate expert with over 10 years of experience in the fascinating world of bean-to-bar chocolate. She began her career in Slovenia and has since held prominent roles as a taster and ambassador for various brands, always focusing on specialty chocolate and ethically sourced coffee.

Committed to traceability and positive impact on our consumption habits, Ivana has become an advocate for ethical and sustainable production. As a host of both online and in-person chocolate tastings since the early days of Tasting Experiences, she finds great joy in opening up the world of artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate. Her passion lies in teaching chocolate tasting and promoting an ethical way of producing and purchasing, supporting the high-quality work of small communities.
